When is it time to switch?

• Your questions take days to get an answer, or never get one at all.
• You find out about tax deadlines after they have passed.
• Your company has grown and its accounting has not kept up: you need information to make decisions, not just filings.
• Nobody explains your numbers to you in plain English.

How the handover works (simpler than you think)

The most common worry is that switching will be a mess. In practice, the new firm takes care of almost everything:

• 1. Initial meeting: we review where you stand today (taxes, payroll, and whether your filings are up to date).
• 2. Requesting your records: we handle it directly. Your previous accountant has a professional obligation to hand over the client's records.
• 3. Authorizations: we get registered as your new representatives with ARCA (the federal tax agency) and for Ingresos Brutos (provincial gross receipts tax).
• 4. Continuity: we pick up your obligations with no gaps. You do not have to file anything in the meantime.
